Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Next Level Design Studio, we want you to love your home transformation as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our design team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
