Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom-made or oversized items, please allow 4-6 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.

Yes! Next Level Design Studio provides complimentary 30-minute virtual consultations to help you select the perfect pieces for your space.
How can I track my freight shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large furniture, our carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
